The theme of the breakfast was, “The Web, B-to-B, and the Power of 2.0”.

Stephane Munier, Director of Munier-BBN shared the results of a study conducted by the agency in partnership with the Benchmark Group, about how B-to-B marketing and communications managers are using web 2.0 solutions today, and plans for future integration.

Tom Scott, Communications Manager, GE Transportation talked about how his company partnered with a customer in the UK to deliver more effective PR using social media, and Xavier Guepet, Head of Multimedia, Veolia Environnement spoke about the challenges of introducing a Web 2.0 strategy in a global company.

Finally, Yann Gourvennec, Head of Internet and Digital Media at Orange Business Services, shared his views on B2B companies and Web 2.0.
